Shipping policy

Shipping Carrier
We ship all orders exclusively through DHL. Every shipment is insured and includes a tracking number, so you can monitor your order at any time.

Processing Time (Made-to-Order Products)
Since all of our products are made to order, please allow 1-3 weeks for the sewing and production process before your order is ready for shipment. This time ensures that you receive a high-quality, handcrafted product.

Shipping Time
Once your order is completed and leaves our studio, the shipping time within Germany typically takes 3-7 business days. This may vary depending on your location and DHL’s delivery conditions.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs will be clearly displayed and calculated at checkout. We provide insured shipping to ensure that your order arrives safely. The exact shipping charges depend on the destination and order size.

Tracking Information
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a DHL tracking code. You can use this code to track the status of your order online.

Shipping Delays
Please note that in rare cases, shipping may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, public holidays, or unexpected customs inspections. In such cases, we kindly ask for your patience, and we are happy to assist with any questions or concerns.

Undeliverable Packages
If your package cannot be delivered (e.g., due to incorrect address information or failure to pick it up from a parcel shop), we will contact you to discuss further steps. Any additional costs for re-shipment will be the responsibility of the customer.

Returns and Exchanges
As our products are made to order, we only accept returns and exchanges under special circumstances (e.g., in the case of faulty goods). Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order if you experience any issues.

Customs and Duties
For international orders, additional customs fees and import taxes may apply and must be covered by the buyer. These fees are not included in our shipping costs and will vary depending on the destination country.
